1. Our Commitment
At Morocco Glamour Tours, we strive for perfection. If a portion of your tour is not delivered as promised due to our internal errors, we are committed to providing a fair pro-rata refund or credit for future travel.
2. Deposit Policy
To secure your private luxury encampments and 4x4 transport, we require a non-refundable administrative deposit at the time of booking. This deposit covers the immediate costs of securing permits and local staff.
3. Cancellation Windows
Refunds for the remaining balance of your tour are processed based on the notice provided:
- 60 Days or More: 100% refund of the remaining balance.
- 30 - 59 Days: 50% refund of the remaining balance.
- Less than 30 Days: No refund can be issued due to non-recoverable costs with our local desert partners.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of sandstorms, extreme weather, or government-mandated travel restrictions that prevent the tour from occurring, we offer a 100% credit to reschedule your journey within 18 months, ensuring your Moroccan dream isn't lost.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that international bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or for any part of the tour (such as meals, activities, or accommodation) that a guest chooses not to utilize once the journey has commenced.
