1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once the initial deposit has been received and you have received a formal confirmation email from our Merzouga concierge team. All custom itineraries are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
Final payments must be settled according to the timeline provided in your specific itinerary. We accept secure bank transfers and major credit cards. Local rates are guaranteed at the time of deposit; however, we reserve the right to adjust for significant currency fluctuations.
3. Cancellation Policy
Travel in the Sahara requires extensive logistical preparation. Our cancellation schedule is as follows:
- 30+ Days: Full refund minus administrative deposit.
- 15-29 Days: 50% of the total tour cost is retained.
- 0-14 Days: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
4. Travel Insurance
Morocco Glamour Tours strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. We are not liable for external delays or force majeure events.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports and the necessary visas for entry into Morocco. We expect all guests to respect local customs, particularly when visiting rural villages and sacred sites.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety (especially during 4x4 expeditions and camel treks), adventure travel carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to waive liability for incidental injuries.
